This role primarily involves hands-on tasks including requirement confirmation from business representatives, architectural design and leading implementation(coding). Additionally, the position is expected to provide general improvement in the team for better quality and efficiency.
• Understand requirements from business representative and implement features/functionalities aligned to coding and security standard
• Consider and discuss non-functional requirement such as performance, security and monitoring, and apply them to design and implementation
• Uphold code quality standards and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Provide production support and assess, as well as suggest enhancements for internal development.

• Proficiency in Java is essential, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Experience in API development is required, and familiarity with PostgreSQL Database and Spring Boot is preferred.
• Ability to gather business requirements and collaborate effectively with the scrum master.
• Intermediate/Business Japanese and Business English
• Experience is Guidewire Insurance Suite is a beneficial but not mandatory
