多数の革新的な製品を有する外資系バイオ製薬会社で、臨床開発のプロジェクトマネジメント【ディレクター】職を募集いたします！The Director, Project Management is responsible for managing one or more highly complex and/or high-profile project and/or cross project therapeutic teams.

・Works in partnership with project leads to develop, gain approval, and execute on the project strategy and to ensure the timely achievement of deliverables by the team.
・Co-chairs timely, efficient, and action-oriented Japan Development Team (JDT) meetings and is responsible for coordinating highly complex team operations and communications between JDTs and Global Development Teams (GDTs).
・Responsible for recruiting and supervising one or more Project Managers to support remaining JDTs.
・Participates in working groups within the Project Management department to establish best practices, resolve highly complex operational issues or improve department processes.
・Participates in Japan Development Leadership Team (JDLT) to represent Project Management.

・BA or BS degree
・Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, which includes 10 years as a project manager and/or pharmaceutical line manager and/or pharmaceutical functional area scientist or a MS or MBA and minimal 10 years of relevant experience.
・Experience should include participation in cross－functional project management activities.
・Line management supervisory experience is required.

・Fluent in English （both written and verbal）
・日本語ビジネス上級
・Must possess advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and other reporting and tracking tools.
・Must have extensive understanding of the drug development process.
・Must have an extensive understanding of and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards of pharmaceutical project management.

・A PhD in a scientific field or a PharmD, DVM or MD degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience is desirable.

・Must be able to understand and communicate scientific and business elements associated with the therapeutic area（s） of assigned projects.
・Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
・Provides updated project documents and information for quarterly LE budget reviews, quarterly investor relations/Board updates and annual Portfolio Review.
・Ability to work in a global, local and team environment
・Must be able to support highly complex multiple activities simultaneously.
・Must be able to work under minimal and at times no supervision, determine personal work plan, and schedule tasks and activities.

1900万円～2100万円（目安） 年俸制
