An international electronics manufacturer is looking for a Customer Order and Delivery Experience Leader.Responsibilities:
* Oversee client experience KPI and responses
* Determine clients' weak points and the cause of the problems
* Develop relationships with clients and the key team
* Identify the focus and direction of the business
* Handle project implementation to completion
* Supervise project efficiency
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or front office
* Prior project management experience
* Knowledge of supply chain procedures, business, and customer priorities
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and Oracle
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Business level Japanese and English
