We are looking an Issue Management & Resolution Specialist who can take the following responsibilities:
• Resolve issues and improve user experience’s environment
• Engage in incident analysis, identify and propose opportunities by coordinating across groups and stakeholders

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with supporting a huge number of user environment, working with various stakeholders and offshore vendor partners
• Fluent level of Japanese and Business level of English
• Solid understanding of enterprise level endpoint systems (Win10, 11, Microsoft 365, virtual desktop etc.)
• Experience working in large-scale environment
