仕事内容: 大手総合商社グループ保険ブローカー部門でのRisk Analyst
■MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide and develop Insurance Risk Management services for overseas and domestic business activities mainly to, but not limited (*1), Infrastructure Business Unit (*2), its subsidiaries and its affiliates in Sumitomo Corporation.

(*1) including all business units
(*2) covering conventional power generation, renewable energy/power, mining, transportation, new technology driven infrastructure (hydrogen, etc.) etc.

■SCOPE OF JOB
・Providing Insurance DD (Due Diligence) and advisory service for new investments
・Review and advice on insurable/non-insurable/insured risk identification, analysis, evaluation
・Supporting to procure Warranty & Indemnity Insurance for new investments
・Supporting Insurance PMI (Post Merger Integration) for new investments
・Review and restructure insurance program and procure insurance coverage for multi-insurance lines
・Advice on historical claims data across multi-insurance lines, suggest loss preventi

応募資格

必須: ■Qualifications
・Certified Individual Insurance Broker qualified by Japan Insurance Brokers Association (JIBA).
・Educated to degree level ideally in Business Administration, Finance or a related area or hold a professional qualification in an insurance business area (such as ACII, Cert CII, CPCU, ARM, CIC, etc.)

■Skills
・Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
・Communicating in English
・Information sharing, consulting and reporting (Ho-Ren-So)
・Negotiation skills
・Ability to multi-task
・Organising and facilitating meetings and presentations
・Intermediate MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

■EXPERIENCE
（Essential）
・Experience working as an insurance risk manager, consultant, account executive for clients within a corporate, insurer, insurance broker, insurance consultant/advisor
・5-7 years’ working experience
・Communicating in English

（Desired）
・Experience in insurance risk management within multi-national corporations
・Experience in insurance DD and PMI support for new investments
・Wide range of insurance expertise, such as Pro
