Entry level position at fast-growing Fin-tech company, work from home is okay, open to ALL JAPAN!As a customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for,
1) Spend the majority of your day (up to 80% of your shift) working with the sellers by handling inbound phone inquiries
2) Work flexible hours as part of a rotating shift schedule, which can include a mix of weekends and public holidays to support the sellers in Japan
