A global business solutions organisation is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer concerns through phone, web, email, and other support channels
* Prepare accurate and timely feedback to clients
* Communicate with customers and other departments in the company
* Raise concerns to senior support when necessary
* Follow appropriate processes when analysing software issues
* Attend regular team meetings
* Create test systems to replicate user issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or computer information systems
* 7+ years of work experience in technical support
* Extensive network trouble shooting skills
* Knowledgeable in network software diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Fiffler, etc.)
* Experience in Windows diagnostic tools (Process Monitor and Event Viewer)
* Skilled in MS Office
* Proficient in oral English
