■Role Summary
We are looking for this role in Sales Compliance of the Legal & Compliance of the Company to provide a unique opportunity to the successful candidate to provide support relating to Japan Sales Compliance.
■Job Description
・Review thorough profile of our products, provide advice about concerned risk at solicitation and lead monitoring.
・Especially at products designed for Corporate Owned products, review risk profile from tax-benefit to customers’ need and insight concerned risk immanent at solicitation.
・Provide day-to-day advice and support to our Japan business and operations on Sales Compliance matters cooperating with Compliance P

■Required Skills & Experiences
・Experience in financial institutions, preferably a minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry.
・Knowledge and experience in FSA regulations and requirements will be an advantage.
・Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate initiatives of company-wide collaboratively with other divisions.
・Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
・Good MS Office applications and Japanese Word Processing.
・Independent, analytical thinker, hard-working and solution/business orientated mindset.
