A Helpdesk Support position is now available at an international technology company.Responsibilities:
* Aid in registering new users and granting permissions on key platforms
* Serve as the point of contact for relevant IT issues
* Perform incident management procedures
* Maintain liaison with Level 3 support
* Oversee remote installation processes
* Troubleshoot and respond to malware or virus incidents
Requirements:
* Prior experience with helpdesk
* Background in customer service
* Knowledge of technology networks such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IPs, etc.
* Microsoft Office competency
* Ability and willingness to work from home
* Valid work permit in Japan
* English and Japanese proficiency
