An Engineer position is now available at an international automotive component manufacturing company.Responsibilities:
* Manage product development operations for automotive suspension components
* Create design proposals and assess package and durability feasibility
* Ensure successful project launch at the local and global level
* Track production plant operations to ensure successful pre-production
* Collaborate with sub-suppliers to review and gather the needed resources for production
* Assist the sales team in reaching business goals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering
* 2+ years of experience in stabiliser link design
* Experience working with local OEM customers
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Fluent level Japanese; English proficiency
