Global CRO hiring Executive Director of Clinical Development in Japan.Global CRO hiring Executive Director of Clinical Development in Japan. Salary 25M+ JPY.
【Job Detail 】
* Relationship and partnership management for existing clients and other long-term partners. Join/Lead bid difference meeting and other clients' meetings.
* Discuss and establish business expansion and management strategy with global leadership. Provide global-scale strategy and business decision of clinical trials processes and procedures in Japan and APAC.
* Provide business insight and guidance to the clinical development team.
* Represent the organization by participating in meetings, seminars, scientific publication meetings and partnership meetings
*Stand-alone position. This person will not be managing any subordinate.
【Required Skills 】
* Extensive knowledge in clinical trial and overall pharmaceutical business.
* Proven experiences as a leader and decision maker with strategic mindset.
* Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
* Must be fluent in Japanese
* Must be abel to communicate in English (Business Level)
* Background as project director or project manager in CRO is preferred.
* Leadership background in CRO is preferred.
【Other Info 】
* Salary range: 25M - 30M (or more) + incentive
* Report to Global Executive VP based overseas. (Must communicate in English)
