A multinational IT organisation is in need of a Technical Support Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Support end users and partners via telephone and email
* Assess products and firmware on a regular basis
* Ensure setup completeness
* Increase customer satisfaction
* Lead technical training for channel partners and sales members
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems at clients' facility
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems or equivalent is preferred
* 3+ years of experience in technical support within the IT infrastructure and hardware field
* Work experience with a global company is a plus
* Experience in solving technical failures for customers
* Knowledge of LAN and WAN environments is ideal
* English proficiency (TOEIC 600+) is preferred
