An international technology company is looking to fill a Technical Customer Support position.Responsibilities:
* Conduct post-sales technical aid via phone, email, or in-person meetings
* Resolve product installation problems
* Utilise CRM systems to record call logs
* Provide reports to engineering colleagues
* Assist Level 1 support staff
* Update supervisors and leaders on case progress
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in IT, computer science, or networking
* 7+ years of professional experience
* Understanding of enterprise laser and thermal printing support and repair
* English and Japanese proficiency
