After completing my Master's degree at Kyoto University's Graduate School of Engineering, I joined Omron as a new graduate. I gained experience as a system engineer and project leader in the robotics and AI domains before moving to PwC Consulting, where I focused on new business development and technology strategy support. Subsequently, as a Manager at Xspear Consulting, I engaged in a wide range of topics from ideation to execution, including digital strategy, M&A, and cost optimization. I also contributed to my firm's organizational management and talent development.
Concurrently, I've been with Mizukara, a coaching company, providing career coaching based on cognitive science, having supported over 100 clients ranging from their 20s to 50s.
