After graduating from UCD (one of the more famous universities in my home country of Ireland), I moved around between Spain, Ireland and Japan while teaching English, to experience more of the world. After 2 years teaching English in 山梨県, I became more serious about developing a more professional career and income. I joined HAYS Japan Specialist Recruitment, Banking & Finance team in 2018, was promoted twice within the first 2 years upon strong personal results, and then promoted to Team Manager in 2022. The team had shrunk to only 4 members during the pandemic, so I rebuilt the team to 10 members, and we tripled team revenue within 2 years.
