As such, my goal first and foremost is to understand your history & motivations up until now, what you hope to achieve in the future, and how you're currently thinking to go about it. Aspects outside of work, such as buying a home, raising children, or having time to spend with friends, family and loved ones are undoubtedly an important part of life, and we want to be able to find a balance between chasing one's dreams and ambitions, as well as maintaining a certain lifestyle.

経歴・実績

職務経歴
I graduated with Honours from the National University of Singapore, after which I moved to Japan to work in Education. On the side, I also worked in the creative fields (freelance photography, social media manager, copywriter), did public speaking, and worked with the local government in the PR/tourism department. In addition, I did events planning - from small events for 10s of people, to a multi-day city-wide event for hundreds of participants. In my free time, I managed & led a band, in which I played the bass guitar.

Currently I'm working at Frank Recruitment group, a leading international agency specialising in personnel skilled in IT. We work with all the big 4 and other consulting companies, AWS, IBM, etc, as well as Fortune 100 IT companies.
