Since starting headhunting career, I have worked in R&D and marketing positions of Technology & Manufacturing industry for 3 years, and I have successfully completed assignments from mid-level to Executive level positions across software to hardware. I have worked on contingency and retained projects, mainly for foreign capital clients.
I think that getting a job is not the ultimate goal. Continuing to be evaluated long after you have joined the company is. That is why I base my introductions on how well the company matches the candidate. The majority of the jobs I can offer are dealt with directly by the managers in the prospective companies. Because of this, I have an insider’s understanding of each company, and will present the good points along with the bad.
