An international pharmaceutical group is hiring for the BP&A Commercial Senior Manager with a financial control background.Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial planning process to support the senior management in decision making
* Track monthly financial reports for assessment of differences against proposed budget, sales results, cost and headcount
* Initiate and lead S&OP processes to manage inventory level
* Participate in and support the IPS process
* Monitor financial indicators for flagging potential risks and opportunities
* Support the BP&A Head in building an effective team by coaching team members
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience in a financial control position
