A global pharmaceutical company is hiring for the position of the Logistics Department Manager with a strong leadership skills. This role is responsible for overseeing and leading the department in the operations of warehouse storage, delivery and logistics of products.
仕事内容
A global pharmaceutical company is hiring for the position of the Logistics Department Manager with a strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

* Manage the operations of 3rd party logistics and budget
* Store 200+ units with compliance with QMS and GDP
* Deliver products to wholesalers in 11,000+ distribution points within Japan, aiming for 99.8% on-time delivery
* Lead the logistics department to consistently deliver improvement on cost and efficiency of warehouse and logistics operations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 5+ years' experience in warehouse and logistics
* 5+ years' experience with management of a team of 5+ people
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Knowledge in SAP preferred
