Talent Management Group provides strategic and operational support to HR Business Partners and also directly to Business Leaders.
The scope of Talent Management includes; Top Talent Development, Early Talent Development, Leadership Program Management, Learning and Development (management of training courses, workshops, assignments) and Vendor Management (trainers, recruiters).
The role and responsibility for this role includes below but not limited to
-Plan, develop and execute key talent development programs (early talent, top talent and female talent) as program office
-Partner with HR business partner for business talent development needs and provide consultation/support in the area.
-Upgrade, develop and implement training programs (business skills, manager etc.).
-Function as central core for HR programs (such as performance management process) and ensure it is implement consistently across organizations.
-Monitor and work with vendors to maximize impact to the business.

- 必須

■More than 5 years of experience in HR
■Strong communication skill in Japanese and in English
■Strategic and logical thinking
■Team Player and able to work with multiple stake holders
■Strong business mindset
■Multi task with speed

想定年収:650万円~1200万円 ※ご経験・前職給与を考慮
