- A multinational manufacturing group is searching for a professional with strong management experience to join them as the Sales and Marketing Director. In this senior role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity tot develop sales and marketing plans that drive the further development of an international institution.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic plan that delivers the targeted objectives of application areas
* Develop and execute annual sales plans in Japan
* Develop and manage distribution channels - instil and execute a process for developing "performing" distributors
* Identify, develop and execute marketing and sales programs that deliver planned results
* Ensure that the team maintains compliance with business conduct guidelines as well as all management policies and procedures; manage expenses consistent with budgets
Requirements:
* University degree
* Relevant technical background
* 10+ years' related sales and management experience
* Knowledge of paint/coatings, sealant/adhesives or chemical markets/products
* Good communication skills; fluent English
* Willingness to travel throughout Asia Pacific and occasionally to the US and Europe
