- An agricultural group is seeking a talented financial professional with strong Japanese and English communication skills to join them as the Accounting Manager. In this role, you will perform a variety of accounting duties and financial analysis tasks.

Responsibilities:
* Perform accounting duties related to monthly and annual closing
* Prepare reports and explain them to accounting auditors
* Communicate financial results to the executive team, group finance team and employees
* Perform financial analysis of key metrics and business drivers for the CEOs and executive team members
* Assist with the financial forecast/budget within the process defined by the group CFO
* Travel to Europe and Asia as necessary
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent with a major in finance or accounting
* Significant past experience as a finance manager in a Japanese environment
* Effective communication skills including the ability to articulate progress, issues and recommendations to individuals at all levels of the organization
* Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
* Fluency in Japanese and strong command of English (TOEIC 700+)
