- A multinational appliance manufacturer is currently seeking a candidate with substantial product marketing experience to join the firm as Senior Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of the Marketing Division, this position leads the development and implementation of product marketing strategy based on market insights and trends. A highly exciting role!

Responsibilities:
* Develop customer, market, and media segmentation strategies and action plans aligned with business, product, service, and brand strategies
* Maintain and report insights about current and prospective customers to understand awareness of and preference for the company's aftermarket products
* Lead and facilitate the global annual marketing planning process, and development and implementation of global and regional marketing plans
* Develop core marketing collateral to support events and advertising
* Establish metrics for each element of the marketing mix and activities
* Plan and administer the product marketing budget for the global market
Requirements:
* A minimum of 7 years' experience in product marketing for the global market
* A BA in marketing, business, or related curriculum; MBA advantageous
* Strongly prefer HVAC and system equipment experience, specifically ductless split air-conditioning experience
* Highly creative with excellent communication skills
* English and Japanese fluency essential
