- An international organization is searching for a talented individual to join them as the HR business partner. The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to contribute to HR strategies and initiatives to support the workforce of a world leading business.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure the implementation and application of agreed upon HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programmes throughout the local legal entity or at the specific site organization; strive for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities
* Execute effective local talent management initiatives in line with the global group strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees to maintain a powerful talent pipeline in the local legal entity or at the specific site
* Provide support and guidance to the relevant local management and enable them to contribute to the talent management agenda
* Contribute to all employee relations and relationships with union and work council representatives at the local, regional and national level related to their specific local legal entity or at the specific site and in doing so ensure full compliance with applicable employment legislation
* Provide HR perspectives on relevant business operations and consult with local management on HR implications of strategies
