|仕事内容||The Forecast Manager for Japan will develop and manage product forecasts in order to improve supply chain forecasts and thereby reducing inventory and stock-out situations. ●Develops and maintains product forecasts for all business in our Japan, with primary focus on new products and/or promoted products. (Base products will be a lower priority.
●Manages/ collaborates with stakeholders to develop an aligned consensus forecast
●Develops formal forecasts for submission on monthly, LF1 and annual planning basis
●Responsible for the development of new product launch forecasts based on competitive analysis and historical analogs, leveraging IMS data. Gains alignment of marketing to new product launch forecasts.
5-7 years’ experience in product forecasting/ demand planning capacity within pharma industry; experience with IMS analysis; agile with data management via minimally excel; high demonstrated agility with numerical analysis.
Experience with APO or Smart forecast tools a plus
Minimum B.A. desired: MBA in Marketing or equivalent Master’s Degree in related field Business
Fluent in Japanese and English
