* Support the creation of office project plans
* Collaborate with colleagues to drive effective office space usage
* Organise event logistics
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on key project matters
* Oversee vendors
* Write internal memos and emails
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 5+ years of professional experience
* 3+ years of experience in project management
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong data analysis skills
* Business level English and Japanese
