A large technology services organisation is searching for a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support clients in expanding their use of enterprise solution
* Manage good relationships for all assigned clients
* Address clients' questions and identify account customisation needs
* Conduct service delivery and provide first line technical support surrounding product implementation
* Communicate with customer regarding product definition, implementation, operation and clarifying issues
* Support the renewal client contract and leverage up-sell opportunities
Requirements:
* 2+ years of relevant working experience
* Experience in customer engagement automation tools is a plus
* CRM or digital marketing proficiency is a plus
* HTML, CSS, or JavaScript proficiency is a plus
* Native level Japanese; working proficiency in English
