- You will work as a Group Assistant, supporting a team of 15-20 staffs. Your responsibilities include schedule management for the executive, meetings and conference arrangement, business trip arrangement, and adhoc team support as well as general office management. You will work closely with other group assistants to ensure smooth operation of the office.

- You need to have solid business English and native Japanese language proficiency. Minimum 3 years of working experience as an administrator, secretary, or general affairs in manufacturing or energy industry is required. Flexible and proactive working attitude would be also necessary.
