An international pharmaceutical company is searching for a Customer Experience Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Support eCommerce channel growth
* Oversee UX and UI matters
* Supervise the call centre
* Reach various KPIs, including SEO performance, engagement, etc.
* Develop a comprehensive plan to reach sales targets in collaboration with internal colleagues
* Assess site metrics, order data, customers, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, mail order, or subscription services
* 2+ years of operation experience
* Knowledge of current trends and technologies
* Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* Native level Japanese; English proficiency (TEOIC 730+)
