仕事内容: 【東京】HR Business Partner
This position is responsible to support the Brand Manager & Section Managers in all HR operations of the Brand in the country such a developing and implementing policies & programs in the HR area covering retail talent management (recruiting/hiring, performance management and development), employee relations as well as related HR matters.
This position required to understand business strategies, business needs, make recommendations in strong partnership with Retail Manager & Store Managers. She/he will also collaborate with Japan HR team in the HR operations or matters.

応募資格

必須: ・ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
・High level of fluency in Japanese/ English both in writing and verbally.
・+5 years of HR experience in fashion, watch, beauty or related industries.
・Able to work within always changing environment and under strong pressure.
・High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously with speed.
・Strong communicator who is friendly and reflects positive attitude.
・Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
