A major international industrial manufacturer is searching for an Operations & Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operation team activities such as parts sales, logistics, customer support, etc.
* Ensure spare parts sales revenue and profit goals are reached
* Define and manage function expenses
* Develop aftersales plans to boost revenue
* Create revenue and profit forecasts
* Handle service partner on- and off-boarding
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business
* 7+ years of professional experience in the relevant area
* 4+ years of experience in a management position
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and abroad
* Network management experience is a plus
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
