外資系医療機器会社にて、国内の顧客または販売代理店からの注文・問い合わせ・製品の返品や交換などをご対応いただきます。≪ Roles and Responsibilities≫
・Provide outstanding customer support including phone and email requests from customers anddistributors.
・Enter sales orders into SAP, verify terms and conditions of purchase orders are processed accordingly.
・Enter, process and track all service requests into CRM.
・Daily monitor open sales orders, RMAs, service requests and advance exchange programs.
・Invoicing/crediting.
・Manage customer master data in ERP, ensure that information is kept up to date.
・Quickly become knowledgeable on policies, processes, and procedures; as well as knowledge ofproducts and pricing models.
・Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
・Projects as assigned and general administrative functions.
・Use best practices and ensure continuous process improvement.
・Communicate in English with IT counterpart and colleagues overseas.

■Highly customer and service focused
■At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in medical device industry
■Prior computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems) preferably SAP
■Business level verbal communication required
■Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- 想定年収: 500万円~700万円+報酬としての自社株付与あり
