A leading eCommerce organisation is searching for a Strategic Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Establish strong business relationships with sellers
* Track seller business progress
* Implement programs to support sellers
* Exchange information on best practices
* Utilise seller comments to optimise services and procedures
* Create reports for management
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, business consulting, business support, or inside sales
* 3+ years of cross-functional project experience
* Experience in Microsoft Excel
* Negotiation skills
* Analytical skills
* Written and verbal English proficiency
