A global advertising company is looking to fill a Sales Director position.Responsibilities:
* Create effective sales and go-to-market strategy
* Drive business growth by finding prospective partners and meeting with key decision makers
* Create and expand prospects lists and establish strong business relationships with decision makers
* Gain expertise in marketing trends and technologies and utilise them for business development
* Present the capabilities of the company's loyalty initiatives to current and prospective clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or related field
* 8+ years of business development and solution sales experience for the FMCG or retail industry
* Educational experience overseas or professional experience in a multinational organisation
* Proven business development experience through consultative sales to high-level executives
* Ability and willingness to travel often
* Written and verbal English and Japanese proficiency
