An international professional service company is searching for a Finance Manager.Responsibilities:
* Increase cash flow
* Develop the annual business strategy
* Evaluate KPIs, contract costing and pricing, and perform financial analysis to assist in commercial business
* Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with local and company processes
* Handle payroll, bid management, and procurement procedures
* Oversee the contract management team in order to avoid contract risks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above with relevant professional qualification (ACCA, etc.)
* 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of experience in a senior management position (experience gained in multinational organisations is ideal)
* Strong proficiency in verbal and written Japanese; English or Chinese proficiency
