An exciting software organisation is looking to hire a Sales Director.Responsibilities:
* Conduct recruitment for sales professionals
* Coordinate daily activities such as forecasting and pipeline management
* Track and improve sales processes, metrics, and tools
* Meet financial performance targets for Japan accounts
* Work with marketing for lead generation
* Conduct travel to meet prospects, partners, and customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
* 8+ years of sales management experience
* Experience successfully developing sales team and sales strategy in an SaaS setting
* Advanced consultative sales skills
* Fluent level English
