A multilevel marketing company specialising in personal care products is looking to hire a Supply chain Manager.Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop and maintain supply chain management plan
* Direct and set the supply chain management process which includes planning of procurement, production, importation, inventory control, logistics and distribution
* Communicate needs and objectives of the business to respective supervisors for their areas of responsibilities so their frontline operations align with the directions of the company
* Oversee supply chain management processes periodically for continuous improvement to minimise or reduce cost
* Conduct periodical bidding for outsourced services to manage cost and services
* Assist in setting and reviewing Service Level Agreement/KPIs with vendors
* Facilitate development of supply chain team members to maximise productivity and work morale to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 10+ years' experience in supply chain management including distribution centre, importing, exporting, logistics management
* Experience and skills in project management, vendor management, team management
* Business level proficiency in English
