A global fashion brand is looking to hire a Planning and Allocation Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage sales forecasts and inventory levels
* Define and present KPIs to the director and other stakeholders
* Oversee training for direct reports
* Develop seasonal strategy
* Conduct thorough analyses of local retail planning procedures
* Support the optimisation of planning procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (business major is preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in planning and allocation
* 2+ years of experience in a related role is a plus
* Experience in apparel or footwear is ideal
* Proficiency in Microsoft software with expertise in Microsoft Excel
* Fluent level Japanese; business level verbal and written English
