- A leading manufacturing company is now recruiting for a Strategic Accounts Manager. This position will be responsible for maintaining and developing Japanese global customers in SE Asia and India to achieve sales goals in appointed industries, product lines and regions.

A leading manufacturing company is now recruiting for a Strategic Accounts Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify key accounts in SE Asia and India and build the strategic business plan for Japanese accounts in SE Asia and India
* Supervise the company product specification and program allocation development and ownership within their strategic accounts supply chain
* Develop solutions for key Japanese global accounts to growth sales in SE Asia and India
* Build good relationships with Japanese customers across the functions including R&D, engineering, procurement and other key departments
* Coaching and leading SE Asia and India local sales team to achieve target
* Establish qualified pipeline and maintain accurate forecast in monthly sales report
* Provide monthly sales reporting on sales revenue, gross margin, program updates, forecasting and issues for assigned strategic accounts or markets
* Conduct an annual evaluation of the selected accounts and associated opportunities
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in direct sales with an excellent sales performance
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering
* Business level English
