* Handle customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Gain technical expertise by taking part in training and self-development
* Collaborate with sales professionals to optimise revenue through technical pre-sale assistance
* Handle customer questions through various channels
* Develop regular customer activity reports
* Manage customer databases
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
* 5+ years of experience in customer support
* 3+ years of experience in software product support
* 3+ years of professional experience in a global team environment
* Expertise in customer service methodologies
* Native level Japanese; business level English
