A well-known apparel brand is looking to hire a Media Director.Responsibilities:
* Create a successful holistic media plan
* Develop and improve advertising campaigns to increase eCommerce traffic generation
* Assess customer acquisition initiatives and campaign strategy and develop reports
* Hire and mentor strong talent to drive professional and team development
* Monitor, improve, and evaluate paid traffic performance
* Develop a productive work environment and support high employee engagement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, finance, business administration, economics, marketing, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in a leadership role in marketing or an online customer-facing environment
* 5+ years of experience in eCommerce
* Experience in direct response campaigns
* Understanding of marketing communication channels and media planning
* Fluent level Japanese; English proficiency
