Your new company

Your new role
Your responsibility will be to lead their production team of 5 engineers. You will be in charge of assuring the quality of the productions, meeting customers, suppliers, and communicate with HQ.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have;
+ 5 years of experience in Machinery Productions
+ Excellent communication skills (Internal and external)
+ People Management experience, leading at least 3 subordinates
+ Strong senses of quality
+Superior Japanese language skills (written and spoken)
+ English:should be able to read design in English, and emails
