In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the group's online communication channels for one of the hotels. The successful candidate will exercise a considerable amount of discretion in researching competitor strategies and e-marketing campaign launches.

An international hospitality group is looking for an online marketing professional to take over the role as an E-Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the hotel e-marketing strategies and activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented
* Enhance the performance and promote hotel, restaurants, spa, wedding and other relevant websites as an e-marketing communication tools, distribution channels and methods of generating revenues, building loyalty and two-way customer communication
* Ensure that hotel website content is always up-to-date with relevant information and offers, well maintained and designed to reflect the hotel in a customer friendly manner, and in appropriate languages
* Oversee and manage the digital marketing/SEO campaigns and activity in liaison with Japan Regional Office/DMC
* Continuously evaluate current and emerging web base reservation and communication tools and third-party online vendors, their strategies and technologies
* Conduct analysis of competitors' and/or marketing partners' websites to understand and share current trends in the e-marketplace with the team
Requirements:
* Experience in online advertising/marketing or website creation/management, and E-commerce related fields
* Excellent team building skills and strong project management skills
* Constant focus on fresh ideas which will bring business benefit and customer experience improvements
* Native level Japanese; business level verbal and written proficiency in English
