• Handle program coordination, voucher store operation, and some test center support
• Monitor and support the customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist administrators with issues regarding test delivery

• Native Japanese, High Business level English (both written and orally)
• Excellent communication skills internally and externally
• 3-4year experience in customer service and/or sales support
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
