A respected media company is in need of a Content Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Work with the central team to define local content strategy
* Maintain the content calendar for Japan
* Partner with external production companies to localise and establish weekly live golf programs
* Establish a production strategy to boost viewers
* Develop strong business relationships with talents, professional athletes, and golf organisations
* Optimise performance in partnership with the relevant teams
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in the relevant management and production industry
* Understanding of local and international golf market
* Technical knowledge of live sports broadcasting and content creation
* Native level Japanese; spoken and written English proficiency
