A widely respected food and beverage organisation is in need of a Commercial Manager.Responsibilities:
* Work with business partners and marketing teams to create business development strategy
* Monitor and develop reports on business performance
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure new product approval
* Work closely with business partners to drive the execution of business strategy
* Organise important events and meetings
* Take part in various company activities (training, team building, etc.)
Requirements:
* Master's degree or above in business administration or related field
* 5+ years of sales, strategic planning, brand marketing, or related experience
* Experience in the FMCG industry (experience in the food industry is ideal)
* Experience in franchise management is a plus
* Experience in cross-functional management
* Fluent level English and Japanese
