Your new role
• Support two executives and 5-10 team members.
• Travel arrangements, expense and invoice management
• Organize internal/external meetings, conferences
• Support visitors

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Great team worker, flexible to support each other
• Basic MS office
