A successful internet business is searching for a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide account support to customers via risk monitoring and issue resolution
* Coordinate project activities such as new logos, project support, etc.
* Act as a point of contact for customers and escalate issues appropriately
* Contribute to business and operational service reviews
* Prepare and execute service improvement plans
* Provide leadership to the team for customer projects
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is a plus
* 7+ years of customer success management experience
* High level proficiency in English
