- A well-known international newspaper publisher is in need of a Customer Success Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for increasing engagement in the company's digital subscriptions for new and existing customers in the region.

A well-known international newspaper publisher is in need of a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders
* Communicate and follow up with customers to understand how the subscription will be utilised within their organisation
* Utilise expertise of the subscription's features to suggest it for customer outcomes
* Support customers and sales teams on content, tools, and solutions
* Update and share information with the relevant regional teams
* Provide input on process, systems, and product optimisation
Requirements:
* Experience in customer success or other customer-facing positions
* Experience developing business relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Knowledge of data and digital technology
* Experience in digital subscriptions, IT services, or SaaS business is ideal
* Salesforce software experience is a plus
* Fluent level Japanese and English
