A leading provider of marketing and distribution services is in need of a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop business partnerships
* Work with key internal stakeholders to drive decision making and approval procedures
* Gain a strong business network of key opinion leaders, customers, and partners in the relevant industry
* Ensure adherence to internal and external quality and legal procedures
* Oversee the creation of growth strategy for Japan, with a focus on digital channels
* Assess market opportunities and improve business strategy
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (Master of Business Administration degree is ideal)
* 3+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience for new businesses
* Experience in consulting for the insurance industry or in an internal consulting department for an insurance company
* Proven client acquisition experience in Japan
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Written and verbal English and Japanese proficiency
